Once again, pupils in Primary had the opportunity to
read in English for fun and share their books with other children.
Fifth and sixth graders brought lots of interesting
books as you can see in the photos. Every afternoon they took some time reading
them and asking for help if needed. Some stories were more popular than others
and they were surprised to have the original version of the books they usually
read in Catalan or Spanish: Asterix in the Olympic Games, Harry Potter and the
Philosopher’s Stone, Diary of a Wimpy Kid...
Teachers also wanted them to learn something about one
of the greatest authors in English, William Shakespeare, so they planned a
lesson about his life and works. Students payed attention and did their best.
They learned a lot!
